Wage inflation: what you need to know

Managing rising costs is a daily challenge for small businesses; and perhaps the biggest one is payroll. This includes wages for your staff, any allowances, and superannuation.

From 1 July 2023, the national minimum wage increased to $882.80 per week or $23.23 per hour. Award minimum wages also increased by 5.75%.
